ecoverity works on a scientific footing, with personal commitment and inventively.

ecoverity started as a spin-off of RWTH Aachen. Our team combines scientific method with a very concrete understanding of what mid-sized manufacturers of construction products actually face: tight internal capacity, rising requirements from EU regulation and rising demands from the market and from customers.

Our focus is life cycle data for bespoke construction products. We work on the basis of ISO 14040/44 and EN 15804+A2 , accompany external verification procedures and translate methodological requirements into a process that stays manageable for manufacturers.

We founded ecoverity because we kept seeing the same gap in research and in project work. On one side sit template-based EPD tools that work well for simple, clearly bounded products. On the other sits traditional LCA consulting with a personal approach but often long project durations and very high costs. Many construction product manufacturers fall exactly in between: their products are too bespoke for rigid templates, but the time and budget for extensive LCA consulting are not there.

That is exactly where ecoverity comes in. We are a personal partner for the data basis, the documentation and the reduction work of mid-sized construction product manufacturers. We combine clean modelling with lean processes, transparent documentation and personal support, so LCAs, EPDs and DPPs become more accessible to mid-sized companies without them falling behind on the regulation that is coming.

We deliberately keep the roles clearly separate. We produce life cycle data, document it to the standards and guide our clients through the external third-party verification procedure. The verification itself is independent and is not carried out by us. That separation is not a formality for us but a central principle of quality: it is the only way to produce data that stands up to review, holds, and stays usable over time.
