Our application process

We want to get to know you as a person, quickly and directly. So there is no cover letter with us, but a short video and a personal conversation.

    Getting to know each other

    A first personal meeting for both sides: you can ask any question you have, and so do we. It is about personal fit, and we take a closer look at one or two stations from your CV.

  3. STEP 03

    Case or coworking day

    What this step looks like depends on the position you applied for. What matters to us is that you get to know our actual work and the whole team.

    • Case or assignment You receive a task from our day-to-day work in advance, have about a week to work on it and present your result to the team.
    • or Coworking day on site You spend a day working with us on a real case and get to know the team and your future lead along the way.

After each stage we get back to you within 1 to 3 working days.

Instead of a cover letter, we would like to get to know you through a short video. Grab your phone and film a video in selfie mode. No editing needed, and we do not care about lighting or image quality.

Where would I work from?
Hybrid. We currently have offices in Aachen, Zurich and Munich, and you can switch between them. In parallel we are setting up a permanent location.
Do I need a cover letter?
No. Instead, send us a short video of 2 to 4 minutes, recorded on your phone. Everything else is in the application process above.
How quickly do I hear back?
After each stage you hear back from us within 1 to 3 working days.
Can I apply without a matching role?
Yes. Simply send us a speculative application through our normal application process, with form and video.
