The role

  • Optimising and improving internal structures and processes, including our internal automations.
  • Building and maintaining our go-to-market activities and our sales trigger, from the first research through to preparing the initial conversations.
  • Developing venturing ideas and new service areas around construction products and sustainability.
  • Contributing to content: the newsletter, website updates and short technical articles.
  • Direct client communication, meeting preparation and documentation in our internal tools.
  • Proactively bringing in your own ideas, thoughts and opportunities for improvement, and implementing them yourself.

Signs you fit in with us

  • Studying or in advanced training in business, communication, sustainability or industrial engineering.
  • A structured, independent way of working. You keep track even with several topics running in parallel.
  • Very strong written German and confident English.
  • First practical experience from internships, working student roles or your own projects is helpful.
  • A clear motivation for sustainability, the construction sector and consulting work.
  • Real motivation to work in a young, fast-moving start-up that is growing quickly but still at the beginning: you want to develop yourself, pull together with the team and think for yourself.
  • High attention to detail: you work cleanly, neatly and accurately.
  • A doer’s mentality: you talk little and simply get things done.

What we offer

  • High responsibility from day one, topics of your own and a steep learning curve. Mentoring from our mentors and partners, plus onboarding through a range of training material.
  • We execute fast, test with real customers and build and implement right away instead of planning for long. That gives you the chance to put your own ideas, views and thoughts into practice quickly, without going through many approval loops.
  • What you build is used by manufacturers in their daily work. Life cycle assessments, EPDs and tools that make mid-sized companies more sustainable, not just a report.
  • A young, fast-moving team with shared offsites and coworking events to which we always invite the whole team. Freedom, ownership and initiative matter a lot to us: you develop yourself, decide freely, and your own ideas and suggestions are always taken seriously and usually implemented by you. At ecoverity you can realise your own potential. Hybrid between Aachen, Zurich and Munich, and remote.
  • Above-average pay of €1,000 to €2,000 gross per month, depending on your previous professional experience and objective criteria.
  • A realistic path into a later working student role or permanent position.
