The role

• Take load off Tim in the day-to-day: prepare decision papers, analyses and documents, follow up on meetings and see topics through.
• Drive strategic projects independently, from the first research to a recommendation ready to implement.
• Help prepare financial planning, reporting and funding applications, and build material for investors and partners.
• Accompany client projects and proposals and learn how consulting is sold and delivered at ecoverity.
• Build internal structures: processes, goals and tools that grow with the team.
• Support recruiting and partnerships with universities and industry.

Signs you fit in with us

• Studying business, industrial engineering, management or a comparable subject.
• Entrepreneurial thinking: you want to understand how a company is built and pitch in wherever it is needed.
• Strong analytically and structured, confident in Excel and presentations, clear in writing.
• High ownership and reliability, even with many topics running in parallel.
• Very good German, confident English.
• First experience from start-ups, consulting or your own projects is a plus.
• Real motivation to work in a young, fast-moving start-up that is growing quickly but still at the beginning: you want to develop yourself, pull together with the team and think for yourself.
• High attention to detail: you work cleanly, neatly and accurately.
• A doer’s mentality: you talk little and simply get things done.

• Above-average pay of €2,000 gross per month, adjustable individually and based on performance.
