The role

  • You plan, run and evaluate sales campaigns, from the target list to the first meeting.
  • You research, qualify and approach new leads, above all manufacturers of construction products who need EPDs and life cycle assessments.
  • You innovate and automate our sales by building and improving outreach sequences, CRM hygiene and AI-supported tools.
  • You prepare and accompany first meetings, help set up proposals and follow up.
  • You analyse market segments, industries and decision makers and derive new campaigns from them.
  • You analyse new countries and markets, develop strategies for a fast market entry and go after these markets productively.
  • You use trade fairs and events for lead generation and follow them up.

Signs you fit in with us

  • Studying business, industrial engineering, communication or a comparable subject.
  • You work in a structured way, are comfortable with numbers and think in pipelines, rates and next steps.
  • An affinity for tools and automation, from CRM to AI-supported research, and a desire to develop them further yourself.
  • Very good German for mid-sized companies in the DACH region, confident English.
  • First experience in sales, start-ups or your own projects is a plus.
  • Real motivation to work in a young, fast-moving start-up that is growing quickly but still at the beginning: you want to develop yourself, pull together with the team and think for yourself.
  • High attention to detail: you work cleanly, neatly and accurately.
  • A doer’s mentality: you talk little and simply get things done.

What we offer

  • High responsibility from day one, topics of your own and a steep learning curve. Mentoring from our mentors and partners, plus onboarding through a range of training material.
  • We execute fast, test with real customers and build and implement right away instead of planning for long. That gives you the chance to put your own ideas, views and thoughts into practice quickly, without going through many approval loops.
  • You can acquire revenue and leads on your own. You receive a percentage share of the sales volume, which means a typical, performance-based sales compensation. That way you already generate tangible revenue and cash flow, the lifeblood of a company, during your internship.
  • A young, fast-moving team with shared offsites and coworking events to which we always invite the whole team. Freedom, ownership and initiative matter a lot to us: you develop yourself, decide freely, and your own ideas and suggestions are always taken seriously and usually implemented by you. At ecoverity you can realise your own potential. Hybrid between Aachen, Zurich and Munich, and remote.
  • Above-average pay of €1,000 to €2,000 gross per month, depending on your previous professional experience and objective criteria, plus performance-based pay depending on the revenue you acquire.
  • A realistic path into a later working student role or permanent position.
